In a crucial strategy meeting with Punjab's Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, national convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday laid down three key directives - Stay connected with the people, identify their issues, and fight aggressively to resolve them.
The meeting, held at Kapurthala House in New Delhi, came in the wake of AAP's humiliating defeat in the Delhi Assembly elections, prompting a renewed focus on retaining power in Punjab in 2027. Kejriwal, addressing party's leaders from Punjab, including Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Cabinet Ministers, and legislator, made it clear that winning Punjab is of "utmost importance" for AAP's future.
