India, Sept. 25 -- Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee who is also the supremo of the Trinamool Congress has asked her party leaders to reach out to the people during the Durga Puja
holidays.
The Chief Minister who earlier told her ministers to exercise caution while speaking in public, have also directed the elected representatives to remain camped in their local areas reaching out to people.
"The Chief Minister has directed the ministers and the elected representatives to remain alert during the Pujas," an official said adding the Chief Minister's directions though routine come amid reports of attempts of disruption in law and order situation.
