DEHRADUN, Feb. 20 -- Chief secretary Radha Raturi has expressed dissatisfaction at the delay in the procedure clearance works of the Song dam project. She has directed the Irrigation department and the executing agency UPDCC Limited to complete the necessary tasks as early as possible. The chief secretary issued this instruction while chairing a meeting of the expenditure finance committee (EFC) of the Song dam project at the secretariat on Monday.
