India, Sept. 11 -- The 44th meeting of the Council of the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS) of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) was held today in Cholpon Ata, Kyrgyz Republic, with a strong and united condemnation of the recent Pahalgam terror attack in India.

The Council of RATS SCO formally endorsed the statement condemning the attack that was included in the Tianjin Declaration, adopted during the SCO Council of Heads of State (CHS) meeting held earlier on September 1, 2025, in Tianjin, China. That summit was attended by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, among other regional leaders.
