Ranchi, March 19 -- Ranchi police have arrested six people in the firing case on coal businessman Vipin Mishra. The arrested accused persons include Prem Pandey, Rehman Ansari, Karan, Avinash Thakur, Shobhit Singh and Vishal Munda. Four pistols, 20 bullets, six magazines and a bike have been recovered from them.
SSP Chandan Sinha, while revealing the firing case in a press conference on Tuesday, said that an attempt was made to kill coal businessman Vipin Mishra by shooting at him on March 7. Vipin Mishra and his driver, who were injured in the firing, were treated at Medica Hospital. Both have now recovered and gone home.
