Bhopal, June 18 -- MLA Rameshwar Sharma on Tuesday inspected the Rs 305 crore flyover project at Bairagarh, urging faster construction to benefit thousands of daily commuters.

Sharma reached the site early morning and reviewed the progress of the double-decker flyover being built from Laukhedi sewage pump to Jhulelal immersion ghat. Spanning 3 km, it will be Madhya Pradesh's first of its kind.

He directed PWD officials to ensure timely relocation of power poles and to address other bottlenecks. The structure, 19 metres wide, is expected to ease congestion in Bairagarh (Sant Hirdaram Nagar).
