New Delhi, Feb. 18 -- In his first reaction, two days after the tragic stampede at New Delhi Railway Station, which claimed 18 lives, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw while regretting the 'unfortunate' incident said that investigations are going on and responsibility shall be fixed.
Simultaneously, Vaishnaw who held a second round of meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah on Monday, said action will be against the principle of natural justice till the time the inquiry report comes. "I have maintained a principle of 'We Fail'. So far as action is concerned, we have not taken any action against any official as we are waiting for the inquiry committee to give its report.
