Ranchi, May 29 -- Former Chief Minister Raghubar Das attacked the State government and called it an incompetent government. Addressing journalists at the BJP state office, Das said that the law is being torn apart in this government because this government is incompetent, helpless, because it is a corrupt government. Calling the JMM/Congress government anti-tribal, he said that the Congress and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha are conducting separate agitations on the issue of Sarna Dharma Code to derail the PESA law.
