New Delhi, June 25 -- nThe Delhi government's Public Works Department (PWD) on Tuesday completed the repair of 3,433 potholes across the national Capital - in a single day. The pothole repair drive began early Tuesday morning and continued till late evening, covering a massive 1,400 km stretch across main roads, internal lanes and vulnerable accident zones.
Delhi was divided into three key zones - East, South and North, with simultaneous work carried out across all regions. A total of over 200 maintenance vans, fitted with advanced machinery and high-quality material, were deployed to ensure speedy and durable repairs.
