Chandigarh, June 19 -- / In a landmark push for transparent and citizen-centric governance, the Punjab Government has emerged as the top-performing state in delivering online public services within the stipulated time-frame, achieving an impressive 99.88 percent success rate in timely service delivery. Over 48.85 lakh citizens availed of these services between June 2024 and June 2025, with only 0.12 percent cases breaching deadlines.
