Chandigarh, March 10 -- Punjab Government on Sunday claimed that its anti-drug campaign, 'Yudh Nashian Virudh', launched on February 25, yielded extraordinary results in just 12 days with 875 FIRs, 1,188 drug traffickers behind bars, and seizures worth Rs 35 lakh.
Claiming that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led State Government is making swift strides in its mission to eradicate drugs from Punjab, Finance Minister and Anti-Drug Campaign Sub-Committee head Harpal Singh Cheema reaffirmedthe Government's determination to break Punjab's drug supply chain.
