Chandigarh, June 20 -- Reaffirming its commitment to the welfare and future of orphaned and destitute children, the Punjab Government has taken a significant step toward strengthening and streamlining the legal adoption process in the state. At a state-level training programme on 'Adoption Regulation-2022', Punjab's Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Dr Baljit Kaur emphasized the need for a transparent, efficient, and humane approach to child adoption.
