Patiala/Chandigarh, June 25 -- To instill transparency and accountability within the government machinery, Punjab Finance, Excise, and Taxation Minister Harpal Singh Cheema on Tuesday conducted a surprise inspection of the Excise and Taxation Department's headquarters in Patiala.
