Chandigarh/Jalandhar, April 17 -- Punjab Congress on Wednesday launched massive protests across the state, including at the Enforcement Directorate (ED) offices in Chandigarh and Jalandhar, expressing strong opposition to the chargesheet filed against senior Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald money laundering case.
Led by Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Amarinder Singh Raja Warring and Congress Legislature Party leader Partap Singh Bajwa, scores of Congress workers marched from the party headquarters in Sector 15, Chandigarh, towards the ED office in Sector 9.
