Chandigarh, Feb. 6 -- Punjab Congress President Amarinder Singh Raja Warring on Wednesday launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, holding their governments accountable for the plight of Indian & Punjabi youth who are being forced to risk everything in search of better opportunities abroad following the recent deportation of Indians from the United States, including 30 youths from Punjab.
