Patna, April 27 -- The People's Union for Civil Liberties (PUCL), Bihar, unequivocally condemned the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir.
According to a Press release by the PUCL, in this horrifying incident, terrorists brutally killed 25 tourists along with a local pony operator who courageously attempted to rescue them.
Such acts of violence, committed in the name of religion, constitute a grave
