Bhopal, June 24 -- A property was seized following the orders of the tribunal after the borrower failed to repay the loan secured against the property. According to the recovery officer of the bank, the property located in Surya Nagar Grih Nirman Samiti, Kotra Sultanabad, Bhopal, was mortgaged by Naina Marbo and others to secure a loan. After the loan was not repaid, the bank filed a claim in the tribunal.
In response, the tribunal issued a recovery certificate (RC) and appointed M/s Verve Recovery Enforcement Pvt. Ltd. as the receiver.
