Dehradun, Nov. 29 -- The Vice Chancellor of the Doon University, A K Karnatak has said that financial literacy is an important subject in today's time and during the ongoing period of Covid- 19 pandemic financial empowerment along with saving human existence is an important issue. He was speaking after inaugurating a webinar on managing personal finance during Covid-19 times on Saturday. The programme was organised under the aegis of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) and Doon University on the occasion of World Investor Week 2020.
