GIRIDIH, May 22 -- A probe was ordered on Tuesday after the family from Chaitadih alleged that their three new-born babies died due to medical negligence at the Chaitadih Maternity Hospital in Giridih.
While the hospital authorities have said that the death took place due to health problems rather than an accident, the family has alleged that it was the negligence by hospital staff including doctors and nurses that led to death of the all three babies.
Sources informed that on Tuesday, three new-born babies were admitted in Chaitadih Maternity hospital in Giridih after getting difficulty in breathing, where the all three newly born babies died few hours later. The babies were admitted at the neonatal intensive care unit of the hospital.
