Mumbai, June 19 -- Former Civil Aviation Minister and NCP Working President Praful Patel on Wednesday slammed Singapore Airlines for its "lip service" over the crash of flight AI-171 Dreamliner in Ahmedabad last week, considering that it was a 25.1 percent shareholder of Air India.
Within hours after he questioned the "deafening silence" of Singapore Airlines over the crash of Air India flight AI-171 Boeing 787 Dreamliner, Patel put out another terse message on "X", expressing his serious displeasure over the manner which the international airline had treated the AI flight disaster which claimed the lives of 241 passengers in Ahmedabad last week.
