India, Dec. 18 -- Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID), a Maharatna PSU under Ministry of Power, in partnership with Africa50, has signed a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Agreement for the development of critical transmission infrastructure in Kenya, covering the 400 kV Lessos - Loosuk and 220 kV Kisumu - Kakamega - Musaga transmission systems, with a concession period of 30 years.
