Bhopal, July 11 -- Madhya Pradesh Public Works Department (PWD) Minister Rakesh Singh has found himself at the center of controversy after making a statement about the deteriorating condition of roads in the State. The minister was responding to concerns about the numerous potholes affecting roads in Bhopal and other cities, particularly following the recent heavy rains.
