India, Jan. 28 -- Delhi Police's Metro Unit has solved a high-value jewellery theft case within days, recovering a bag containing gold jewellery worth about Rs 20 lakh. The jewellery went missing on January 22 at the Chandni Chowk Metro Station. The case was cracked through detailed CCTV analysis and coordinated efforts of the Kashmere Gate Metro Police and Special Staff, resulting in 100 per cent recovery of the stolen property.

The theft was reported on last Thursday, after which a case under Section 303 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) was registered at Police Station Kashmere Gate Metro.
