New Delhi, May 30 -- The Delhi Police Crime Branch has detained four Bangladeshi nationals who were found to be living unlawfully in the Narela area of the national capital, police said on Wednesday. The detentions were carried out on May 25 as part of a focused operation aimed at identifying and tracing undocumented foreign nationals residing in vulnerable and unregulated settlements.
According to police officials, the operation was launched after weeks of ground-level intelligence gathering in Narela and surrounding areas.
