Ranchi, June 25 -- Activists of the State Indian Youth Congress (IYC) were detained by the police on Monday during the protest against Raghubar Das Government about poor supply of electricity and water in the State.

Around 200 activists of the State IYC, including National Secretary Jharkhand Incharge Dipak Mishra and the State president Kumar Gaurav IYC, were marching towards Chief Minister Raghubar Das residence at 12 o'clock in the day from Mohrabadi ground when they were detained.
