Indore, April 24 -- To enhance the experience of citizens visiting police stations and to streamline the process of hearing public grievances, the Indore Police Commissionerate has implemented a new complaint management system under Urban Zone-2.
Acting on the directives of Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Abhinav Vishwakarma has rolled out a revamped system across all police stations under Zone-2. As part of this initiative, dedicated cabins for duty officers have been set up at each police station, allowing citizens to submit their complaints directly and in a more structured manner.
