New Delhi, Feb. 1 -- The atmosphere was reverberating with loud chants of 'Ab nahi sahege, Badal k rahenge' (we will not tolerate, we will change) and 'Modi ji ko Jai Shree Ram' when Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday came down heavily on the ruling party accusing it of turning Delhi into its ATM for political gains and promising to clean Yamuna river and starting an underwater metro at a public meeting in Dwarka ahead of the Delhi assembly elections.
