India, Dec. 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a conference of top cops in Raipur, where he underlined the need for effective use of technologies under NATGRID to generate actionable intelligence. Addressing the concluding session of the three-day All India Conference of Director Generals and Inspector Generals of Police, the PM also stressed on the importance of establishing mechanisms for the regular monitoring of banned outfits and adopting innovative models to strengthen coastal security.
