New Delhi, July 18 -- Taking exception to reports about the Air India (AI) mishap in Ahmedabad last month, Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) on Thursday slammed them as "irresponsible" and said certain sections of international media are repeatedly attempting to draw conclusions through selective and unverified reporting.

This strong reaction came in response to a media report suggesting that the flow of fuel to the AI plane engines was cut by the captain of the flight.
