Bhopal, April 24 -- In a deeply disturbing incident, a pet dog was allegedly run over and killed by a car in Bijli Nagar Colony, Bhopal. The vehicle, reportedly driven by the father of a railway engineer, ran over the dog in front of its owner's house. The entire episode, which took place around 5:30 PM on Tuesday, was captured on CCTV footage from the locality and has sparked outrage among animal rights activists.
The pet, named Kuku, belonged to Oshin Jangalwa, a local resident and HR professional affiliated with People for Animals (PFA).
