Dehradun, June 25 -- The Uttarakhand government in state assembly claimed that all pending payments to the GVK- EMRI which used to operate the fleet of 108 ambulance service in the state have been cleared. Incidentally, the state government has handed over the operation of the 108 ambulance service to a new company, Community Action through Motivation Programme (CAMP) from April 28 this year.
