New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday stressed on striking a balance to protect honest Government servants discharging their official functions from frivolous complaints while ensuring corrupt officers were not shielded. A bench of Justices BV Nagarathna and KV Viswanathan said if honest public servants were made vulnerable because of vexatious complaints, they would not function at all and this might lead to a "policy paralysis".
