New Delhi, April 24 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday here reviewed security situation in the wake of the Pahalgam terrorist attack killing 26 people and took stock of preparedness to prevent recurrence of such incidents.
He was also briefed during the Cabinet Committee on Security(CCS)meeting about the ongoing operations to track down the perpetrators of the dastardly act and overall plans to enhance the security grid in Jammu and Kashmir.
