India, Jan. 4 -- KL Deemed to be University conferred degrees upon more than 5,000 graduating students during its 15th convocation ceremony held at the university's Vaddeswaram campus, marking a milestone for the 2025 academic batch.

The event, described as a celebration of perseverance and academic excellence, brought together students, parents and faculty in an atmosphere of pride and festivity.

Professor Vinod K Singh, president of the National Academy of Sciences, India, attended as the chief guest and delivered the convocation address. Dr Shripad Banavalli, coordinator of Tata Memorial Centre's Rural Outreach Program, was the guest of honour.
