New Delhi, Aug. 14 -- The elections for the post of secretary (administration) of the Constitution Club of India turned into a show of strength between two camps of the BJP, where the one backed by Opposition parties emerged victorious.
Lok Sabha MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy retained the post of secretary (administration) in a keenly contested election on Tuesday, where top Parliamentarians were the voters, including Home Minister Amit Shah and former Congress President Sonia Gandhi. While Rudy accumulated 391 votes, Balyan bagged only 291.
