India, Nov. 27 -- The State Election Commission of India (ECI), on Wednesday, launched its official Audio-Video Theme Song titled Dilli Bole - Har Vote Hai Anmol as part of its voter awareness campaign for the upcoming Delhi MCD Bye Election 2025.

The theme song was formally released by State Election Commissioner, Dr Vijay Dev, in the presence of Joint Secretary, Adeshwar Kant, at a brief ceremony held in New Delhi.

Speaking at the launch, Dr Vijay Dev highlighted that the objective of the theme song is to encourage every eligible citizen to participate in the democratic process with responsibility and enthusiasm.
