India, Sept. 11 -- The National Stock Exchange of India has named Srinivas Injeti as its chairperson, with the approval of SEBI. The Board and the Management of NSE welcome lnjeti, a retired IAS Officer, as the Chairperson on the Governing Board of NSE. NSE, the world's largest derivatives exchange, has been trying to go public since 2016 but has failed to secure regulatory approval due to pending legal cases and governance shortfalls. Injeti, a retired IAS officer (1983 batch), brings over four decades of leadership experience in corporate regulation, financial services, governance, and public policy.
