DALTONGANJ, March 18 -- Imagine a university having 35,000 plus students running with just 28 fourth grade staff . This university is none other than Nilamber Pitamber university in Daltonganj. Established in 2009 this university is struggling and struggling.
There are 235 sanctioned posts of the fourth grade staff. It broadly includes peons, drivers etc.
As against the sanctioned posts of 235 fourth staff, only 28 are working.
Out of the 28 fourth grade staff only 14 are in the offices of the Nilamber Pitamber university while the remaining 14 are in four constituent colleges and one government college.
