Patna, Feb. 26 -- Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's son Nishant on Tuesday hoped that the JD(U), headed by his father, would improve its performance in the Assembly polls due later this year, as compared with 2020, when it lost the status of senior NDA partner in the state.
In his most candid conversation with the press so far, the reclusive 47-year-old urged the people to vote for the party and asked the cadre to pull up its socks, while keeping cards close to the chest on speculations about his own entry into politics.
