New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- The New Delhi Municipal Council(NDMC) is organising 2nd Edition of its Tulip Festival this year from February 10-21 in the lawns of Shanti Path, Chanakyapuri here after the success and appreciation from the large public of different walks of life last year.
The Tulip festival will include a series of events like Tulip Walk to witness an exhibition on Tulips for the general public and flower lovers, Photo Competition for the actively engaged with the beauty of flowers and a Music Event for the music lovers in the background of flowers, officials said here on Friday.
