New Delhi, May 17 -- In a bid to promote both creative learning and community well-being, the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) on Friday launched two major initiatives - a summer art workshop for Navyug school students in Sarojini Nagar and a health check-up camp for residents of JJ cluster at Sanjay camp .
The 10-day summer art workshop, titled "Viksit Bharat Summer Art Workshop: Discover, Create, and Evolve Through Art," was inaugurated at Navyug School in Sarojini Nagar.
Scheduled from May 16 to May 25, the workshop is based on the theme of Panchatantra stories and is open to students from classes 5 to 11. It will feature sessions with 14 Padma Shri awardees and senior artists from across the country.
