Bhopal, May 5 -- The National Commission for Women (NCW) has taken proactive measures in response to the disturbing case of rape, blackmail, and alleged "Love Jihad" involving Hindu female students at a private college in Bhopal. A three-member inquiry committee has been set up to closely investigate the matter and ensure justice for the victims.

On Sunday, the NCW committee, led by retired IPS officer Nirmal Kaur, met with police officials, including members of the Special Investigation Team (SIT) handling the case, at Hotel Radisson in Bhopal.
