BERMO, Feb. 14 -- Cross firing took place atleast two to three hours between the police and Naxalites in Chatrochatti police station area of Gomia block of the district here on Tuesday. SP Priyadarshi Alok has confirmed the incident.
He told that A gun-battle took place between the police and banned Naxal outfit, Maoists of India in Gomia block of Bokaro district. Adequate number of police forces have been sent to the spot to help the police.No injuries were reported in the gunfight that happened near Chaiyatad and Dandara of Gindhauniya forest of Chutte Panchayat located in Gomia block,added SP.
