New Delhi, June 24 -- Delhi Minister for Art, Culture and Languages Kapil Mishra, on Monday, inaugurated the 40th edition of 'Natkhat Utsav-2025' at New Delhi's All India Fine Arts and Crafts Society (AIFACS) situated at one Rafi Marg.
Organised by the Sahitya Kala Parishad, the festival marks the culmination of summer art workshops held in 44 Delhi Government schools and showcases the artistic achievements of over 2,000 participating students.
The workshops, conducted in collaboration with the Directorate of Education and the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), provided specialised training in music, dance, theatre, and fine arts at 44 centres-11 for each discipline.
