Ranchi, Jan. 26 -- For the first time on the occasion of National Voter's Day, Jharkhand State received the National Award of Best Performing State for its excellent performance in elections from the Hon'ble President. Hon'ble President Smt. Draupadi Murmu honoured the Chief Electoral Officer of Jharkhand Shri K. Ravi Kumar in the national level programme organised on National Voter's Day held in Zorawar Auditorium, Manekshaw Center, New Delhi.
