BHUBANESWAR, Nov. 20 -- Congress Legislature Party Leader Narasingha Mishra on Tuesday brought a Privilege Motion against SP, Security, Bhubaneswar, Kanhu Charan Patnaik, alleging that he expressed his views regarding removal of the PSO from him (Mishra) in a section of media.
"The SP, Security, Bhubaneswar is a public servant and he should not have told the Press about the issue of taking out of PSO from me regarding which I had appraised the House. His views in the Press amount to breach of privilege of a member and the House as well. I demand he be called to the House and reprimanded or any other action taken by the Chair," demanded Mishra.
