Ujjain, May 31 -- In a commendable initiative aimed at fostering youth leadership, Class 12 commerce topper Sahitya Sen was honored with the role of "MLA for a Day" on Thursday in Nagda tehsil. The event was spearheaded by BJP MLA Dr. Tej Bahadur Singh Chauhan, who sought to recognize academic excellence while providing a meritorious student a firsthand experience of public service responsibilities.
Sahitya secured over 96% marks, topping the commerce stream in Nagda tehsil. In a ceremony marked by full protocol, he was welcomed to the MLA office, seated in the legislator's chair, and entrusted with handling official duties for the day.
