DALTONGANJ, April 11 -- NAFU (national anti-fraud unit) of the ministry of health and family welfare government of India has issued 'triggers' in regard to inconsistencies in medical treatment provided to Ayushman card beneficiaries in Palamu.

The automated triggers flag potential suspicious transactions related to Ayushman cards.

It points out inconsistencies, data mismatch,duplication of billing, exaggerated field activity, mismatch in photos of the Ayushman card beneficiary and other fraudulent practices in the free 5 lakh worth treatment of Ayushmann card holders.
