Gwalior, May 5 -- Governor Mangubhai Patel has said that music always appeals to the heart and holds an important place in every phase of a person's life. He expressed these views while addressing the 6th Convocation Ceremony of Raja Mansingh Tomar Music and Arts University, Gwalior, on Sunday. The ceremony was presided over by renowned Kabir folk singer Padma Kaluram Bamaniya. Eminent tabla maestro and academician Prof. Kiran Deshpande was present as the special guest.
