DALTONGANJ, June 13 -- Former chief minister and former union minister Arjun Munda presented the 11 year report card of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi but in the midst of the counts of achievements, the astute politician made a scathing attack on the Congress party.

Munda dubbed Congress as a 'shok sandesh' party when in power and when there was a terror strike in the country. The Congress never fought with terrorism as it believed in sending condolence messages only to the victims of the terrorism, he said.

"The Congress pedalled too soft towards the issue of terrorism and showed no sense of urgency to combat it. There were 53 such terrorist's violence in India when the Congress was at the helm of affairs," charged Munda.
